Cleaning in West Sacramento, from our side of town
West Sacramento is three old towns (Broderick, Bryte, and the original West Sacramento) that joined in 1987, plus Southport, the newer half of the city south of the port canal, and the Bridge District, a riverfront neighborhood of new apartments next to Sutter Health Park. Southport’s Bridgeway Lakes, Newport, River Ranch, and Gateway were built in the 1990s and 2000s, and the Bridge District is still adding buildings.
That gives us three kinds of cleaning work: recurring cleans for Southport family homes, move-in and move-out cleans in the Bridge District apartments, and older homes in Broderick and Bryte that benefit from a deep clean. All of it is 25 to 30 minutes from our base.
West Sacramento is home to about 56,000 residents (2025 Census estimate). Source
What West Sacramento homes need
About 60 percent of West Sacramento homes are owner-occupied, with a median owner-occupied value near $526,000 and median rent around $1,665. The Bridge District holds the newest urban apartments (The Edge, The Block, The Foundry, Capitol Yards, Rivermark, and more), Southport is 1990s and 2000s stucco-and-tile tract homes with larger rural lots toward the north, and Broderick and Bryte keep the city’s oldest housing. For cleaning, that is a mix of new apartments with lease turnover, two-story suburban homes with pools, and older houses with decades of build-up.
