House cleaning in Rancho Cordova, CA
Rancho Cordova runs from post-war ranch homes on wine-grape streets to brand-new master-planned villages on the east side. Aria Cleaning covers both, 25 to 30 minutes from Elk Grove.
Cleaning in Rancho Cordova, from our side of town
Rancho Cordova grew up after World War II as one of the country’s first production-housing suburbs, and the original tracts west of Sunrise Boulevard (Cordova Meadows, Cordova Gardens, Cordova Vineyards, Mills Ranch) still have that mid-century single-story character. East of Sunrise it is a different city: Villages of Zinfandel, Sunridge and Anatolia, Rio del Oro, Kavalia Ranch, and The Ranch, where new homes and parks are still being built into 2027.
About 58 percent of homes are owner-occupied, so rentals and move-out cleans are a big part of our work here, alongside recurring cleans for the larger new-build homes on the east side. Tell us the neighborhood and we will quote accordingly.
Rancho Cordova is home to about 87,500 residents (2025 Census estimate). Source
What Rancho Cordova homes need
The original neighborhoods are mid-century single-family homes on streets named after wine grapes; the east side is master-planned communities with two-story homes, HOAs, and new parks still under construction. About 58 percent of homes are owner-occupied, and the approved Downtown Dova project near Sunrise Boulevard and US 50 adds another 640 residential units. For cleaning, that means older single-story homes with original tile and ductwork on one side of town and large new two-stories with construction dust on the other.

- Active home and park construction continues on the east side: The Ranch Community Park broke ground in May 2026, Butterfly and Monarch parks start in fall 2026, and Cricket Meadows and Montelena Meadows parks start in spring 2027, so newer neighborhoods near Sunrise and Chrysanthy Boulevards live with construction dust.
